Crest presents two distinct building forms which mediate between the busy commercial thoroughfare of Great North Road and the single storey dwellings of the adjacent heritage neighbourhood. The brief was to design a building worthy of this landmark site, with high-quality apartments to maximize the views and light offered by the site
